Deposit Policy
$27 USD Deposit Policy to confirm your booking.
We are requiring our clients that want to book, that it is necessary to put a $27 USD deposit to complete their reservation. Until we have received the $27 USD deposit your reservation will not be considered confirmed on our end.
The $27 USD deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the reservation.
However, this deposit is non-refundable, regardless of whether the reservation is cancelled within the 7 day notice.
Cancellation Policy
7 days before the reservation, 50% of the hours booked will be charged.
48 hours before the reservation, 75% of the total hours booked will be charged.
24 hours before the reservation,100% of hours booked will be charged.
Before any of this time no charge Except the $27 USD non refundable deposit.
The Cancellation will be charged to the same Credit Card that you made your Deposit with.
All Inclusive Policy
Baja Babysitting will not be able to offer services at the Riu Palace. Other all-inclusive hotels require paying a day pass for our sitters to be allowed on the property and the clients are responsible for this extra cost. Please contact us for more information.
Transportation out of Los Cabos Policy
Baja Babysitting will only be able to provide services in San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas area. If you will be staying in another area please email us at your earliest convenience to check availability for one of our sitters to drive to where you will be staying. Note: there will be an extra charge for gas depending on the area you will be staying the fee will vary. Areas that require gas fee are: 4 Seasons, Diamante, Pescadero, Todos Santos, La Paz, La Laguna, Encanto La Laguna, East Cape, and Los Barriles.
HOURLY RATES
Each session requires a 4 hour minimum.
Each infant 1 year and under requires a dedicated sitter.
All Payments made with Credit Card a 5% transaction fee will apply.

RESERVATION FORM
As soon as we receive your reservation you will receive an email confirmation of your booking with Baja Babysitting and the link to pay the $27 USD Non Refundable Deposit.
Once your booking is complete, parents will receive their sitter’s profile which includes her photo, biography and her references with contact information that you are more than welcome to contact.
